Ingredients
2 tbsp Kaizen Living Organic Chia Seeds
200ml almond milk
2 tbsp fresh blueberries
Juice of 1 unwaxed lemon
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Method
1. Add the chia seeds and almond milk to a jar or bowl and chill in the refrigerator overnight
2. Add the blueberries, lemon juice, maple syrup and cinnamon to a pan and cook over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes until the blueberries have broken down.
3. Remove the soaked chia from the fridge and spoon over the hot blueberry compote.
